Cheese Pudding |

Ingredients |
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 (10 oz) stick sharp cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel)
- 2 eggs separated
- 2 cups milk
- 10 slices bread, crust trimmed, cubed
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp red pepper
- ½ tsp dry mustard

Directions |
Melt butter & cheese, mix in large bowl with cubed bread. In separate bowl beat yolks. Add all other ingredients & pour over bread & cheese. Fold in beaten egg whites. Put in greased casserole. Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight. Bake at 325-350° for 60 minutes.t |
