Cheese Pudding  
Ingredients
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 (10 oz) stick sharp cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel)
  •  2 eggs separated
  • 2 cups milk
  • 10 slices bread, crust trimmed, cubed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp red pepper
  • ½ tsp dry mustard
 
Directions

Melt butter & cheese, mix in large bowl with cubed bread.  In separate bowl beat yolks.  Add all other ingredients & pour over bread & cheese.  Fold in beaten egg whites.  Put in greased casserole.  Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.  Bake at 325-350° for 60 minutes.t
