Peanut Butter Proposal Pie |

Crust: |
- 18 Nutter Butter cookies (crushed fine)
- 3 ½ T butter (melted)

Mix together in a bowl until moist and press into 9-10” deep dish pie pan, freeze 10 minutes to firm. |
Layer 1: |
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ C powdered sugar
- 1 T milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. Creamy Cool Whip

In a mixer, beat well until blended and spread ½ of the mixture over the crust. |
Filling: |
Chop 4 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and place over Layer 1, freeze about 5 minutes. (Note: Chopping works better if they are refrigerated first.) |
Layer 2: |
Take the remaining mixture from Layer 1 and add: |
- ¼ C brown sugar
- 1 C creamy peanut butter
- 6 oz. Cool Whip

In a mixer, blend well. Spread over filling.
Decorate with Cool Whip over entire pie, add a sprinkle of crushed peanuts and 4 chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Refrigerate 8 hours. |
