Puffed Caramel Corn  
Ingredients
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • ½ cup Karo syrup
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 bag puffed corn
 
Directions

          Bring butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt to a boil for 3 minutes.  Remove from heat.  Add baking soda.  Stir.  Pour puffed corn in a roaster pan.  Pour carmel mix over the puffed corn.  Mix well.  Cook for 1 hour at 250° stirring every 15 minutes.
